Since 2004, DSA has successfully trained countless children and adults to become well versed with the aquatic environment. We at DSA truly believe it is possible for a child even as young as 2 weeks old to be taught skills that will give them a fighting chance in the unlikely event of an accident. Early swimming lessons have been documented to potentially increase a child’s mental capacity, intelligence and concentration while also having positive effects on social, emotional and physical development. We cater to both the young and the young-at-heart. |

We teach children a wide range of skills, which results in competent, confident and safe swimmers with a love of swimming and a skill base to develop further techniques in a wide range of water-based sports.
Swimmers who have shown potential will be encouraged to join our Competitive Swimming lessons. They have to show the appropriate level of commitment, dedication, experience as competitive swimming is demanding.
The focus here is to help the participants develop lifesaving and first aid skills by performing challenging water rescues, First Aid administration, CPR and other skills.
Scuba diving provides a whole body workout as unlike any other land based exercise or activity, the body is free from gravity and fatigue due to weight. The weightlessness helps the body get stronger while improving dexterity.

In this course, we aim to develop a solid foundation in every baby, which is important for their mental, emotional, social and physical advancement.
Swimming is in fact one of the
best forms of exercise and even more so during pregnancy as there is no additional stress and strain on the body while exercising.
Malaysia, a land of ethnic and culture diversity, is one of the best places to discover nature. With over 78 islands and 45 national park/forest reserves, we are well aware of the importance of preserving this natural land. At DSA, we offer the tourist a chance to discover and also to help preserve the country’s natural environment.
